Do your medical plans qualify as coverage under Obamacare?

Yes. We provide employers with plan choices to meet the requirements under 4980H(a) and (b). In addition, we provide coverage that is considered “excepted” benefits under the Affordable Care Act (ACA) that allows your employees to purchase coverage through payroll deduction that is designed to fill the gaps with your compliant benefit program.

Do you offer a Minimum Value Plan or Bronze Plan?

Yes. We have an affordable MVP called WellMEC, which meets all employer requirements of the ACA and requires zero participation. This plan is guaranteed compliant.

What is your most affordable ACA compliant plan?

We have a Minimum Essential Coverage (MEC) plan that can be purchased for $25 per employee per month. This is called an Administrative Services Only or ASO plan and allows you to fund your claims as incurred. This plan also provides optional aggregate stop loss insurance. Any employee that is covered under an employer sponsored MEC plan is not eligible to obtain a subsidy on the exchange, thereby protecting you from the $3,000 penalty.

Can you help us with 1094/1095 reporting?

Absolutely! We have a strategic partner that provides this service regardless of your payroll vendor and insurance carrier.
