Billing & Administration

We meet your billing, payment, processing, and reconciliation needs because we do it your way. We take the system you are using and simplify the implementation.

GAP IN COVERAGE ADMINISTRATION

We know of no other plan that allows an insured to go up to five consecutive weeks between assignments (or paychecks) without having to pay premium. During that time, if no claims are incurred, the employee owes us nothing. If during a "gap" the employee uses the benefits, we will take the back premium due from the medical claim and pay the balance to the provider. This provides the insured with "peace of mind", knowing that they can use their plan even when weekly deductions are not being taken.

Service Center

Our bilingual customer service center is located at our corporate headquarters in Knoxville, Tennessee, and is staffed with licensed, salaried, full-time agents. Our benefits counselors can assist with any benefit question as well as enroll employees. Our Customer Service Center is also there to assist our client company administrators with any questions or issues.

Our agents take the time to carefully explain the benefit options as well as educate the caller on the products that are available. We can enroll a participant over the phone because we are e-sign law compliant. That means NO PAPER ENROLLMENT FORMS for you to complete!

SECURE ONLINE BENEFITS PLATFORM:

We offer a custom homepage with company logos where participants are able to enroll for all benefits online, review, download, and print benefit guides, and best of all, they have access to our brand new, easy to use online benefit education videos. TELEPHONIC:

We establish a personal toll free number for your group that expedites the enrollment process by connecting you with an experienced benefit specialist who takes the time to carefully explain the benefit options as well as educate the caller on the products that are available. We can enroll a participant over the phone because we are e-sign law compliant. That means NO PAPER ENROLLMENT FORMS for you to complete! The call center currently supports English and Spanish callers 11 hours a day, Monday through Friday, from 8:00 am to 7:00 pm EST.

FACE TO FACE:

Agents are responsible for explaining the product and distributing the benefit brochures to individuals. Forms are attached to the brochures that can simply be faxed or emailed in to our enrollment center.
