Individual Coverage HRA (ICHRA)

The Individual Coverage HRA (ICHRA) is a Catastrophic Major Medical plan that is fully compliant with the Affordable Care Act (ACA). This plan eliminates all employer benefit-based penalties when offered at an approved ACA affordability level. ICHRA has no participation requirements, no payroll deductions, insurance company billings or billing reconciliation. First Staff Benefits manages all employee communications and inquiries. You can couple this benefit with limited benefit plans to give employees options that are affordable.
